LGCM Vietnam Branch Officially Opens: Local Machinery Supply And After-Sales Support

Marking a significant milestone in the ongoing expansion of LGCM's global service network, the Southern Office of LAIGONG (Vietnam) Joint Stock Company has been officially established.

The new LGCM Vietnam branch is located in 782C, National Highway 51, Long Hưng Ward, Dong Nai Province, Vietnam, providing local product consultation, machinery availability, spare parts support and after-sales service for customers and dealers across Vietnam.

Rather than relying only on long-distance communication, end users and dealers in Vietnam can receive more convenient local support throughout the machinery purchasing and ownership process.

 

The opening ceremony brought together local customers, business partners and LGCM representatives to celebrate the launch of the new branch. Machinery displays and on-site exchanges provided visitors with a closer look at LGCM's machinery, local service capabilities and long-term development plans in Vietnam.

Through the ISO 9001 quality management system certification framework, the raw materials batch management system and worker skills records, we have established full-cycle traceability across the supply chain, enabling end-to-end traceability from steel procurement to the assembly of finished products. This ensures that the response time for tracing critical components is kept within two hours and enables us to provide rapid and comprehensive solutions for after-sales support.

 

3.After-sales and Technical Support

The warranty period is one year or 1,200 working hours from the date of receipt of the product, whichever comes first. Furthermore, a dedicated after-sales service team comprising ten senior engineers is on hand to assist you at all times. For complex technical issues, the engineering team provides professional consultation and aims to deliver a solution within 72 hours, whilst the resolution time for routine issues will be reduced to within 24 hours.
